Staff very helpful
Restaurant closed on a Saturday night! What is that all about? Advertised airport shuttle bus not available on the Sunday. That was the main reason we stayed at this hotel. Taxi cost 30 Euros for a 10 minute journey to the airport.

The swimming pool and airport shuttle. However the shuttle service does not run on Sundays which meant an expensive taxi was needed.
It was noisy.

The staff were friendly.
This hotel needs renovation as it is seen much better days. Our room and hallway was awful, sticky carpet with cigarette burns, holes in the curtains, and the cheapest furniture. We had to ask the maid for new pillows as ours were falling apart and still had hair on them! Bed linen is a nylon sheet and very used wool blanket with a dirty over cover. Our toilet didn't work properly and the shower was held together with plaster and glue. We stayed at this hotel as it was the only one available near to a business event.

Friendly staff and free mini bus to airport. Very near supermarket and airport.
Very small family room, We stayed in April and it was a very hot room and no air conditioning working, really small cramped bathroom.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. Minibus to and from the airport. The swimming pool was nice, and quiet. Quiet during the day and the night. Aircon in the room was effective.
The hotel is located between Montpellier and the coast. If you do not have a car, whilst there are frequent buses to Montpellier, you have to go to the coast via Montpellier, making it an unreasonable trip to the seaside and back. The pool area was rather scruffy, and cups/glasses left uncollected. We felt that the breakfasts (at 8 Euros per person) were poor value, as only really offered juice, beverages, cheese, ham, bread, jam, yoghourt and very limited cereals). Additionally, two coffees were 5 Euros, and two small Cognacs 14 Euros! This is France!! Our room was basic, but clean, although the shower drain was blocked and did not drain, despite our reports to Reception. The view from our room was appalling (air conditioning units, surrounded by cigarette butts and other debris).

A delightful and convenient hotel for one night before flying out the following day. The duty manager (from The Cameroons) was a wonderful person to chat with and especially when he also undertook the duties of bar man later in the evening. On a different matter - I was charged 70 euro not 65 as on my booking form. (plus 2 euro tax) This was my fault as I was leaving without paying - thought I had done so with the booking some weeks before and when stopped (extremely politely) I could not find the paperwork.

Very kind, accommodating staff. Down home. Clean, nice swimming pool, the room was plenty big enough.
